What do the monthly social media plans include?
A content calendar, captions, designed posts, carousels and short videos, and scheduling. Pulse is about 12 pieces a month, Cadence about 20 with reports every two weeks, and System about 28 with creative direction and weekly calls.
Do you reply to comments and DMs?
No. We plan, create and schedule your content. Replies, DMs and customer service stay with your team, because you know your customers best.
How do approvals work?
Content is planned and approved in two-week batches. You get one round of combined changes for each batch.
How are monthly plans paid?
Each plan has a fixed monthly price in naira or US dollars, paid on the 1st of the month before that month's content is delivered.
